August 2007 - This is now the third or fourth incarnation of this website, depending on what one considers a legitimate incarnation. I first began with a site called CONTINUUM... in December of 2000. One day I simply walked away from it and left it where it was. It has now been incorporated into this site. The second incarnation broke. Through much toil, I was able to salvage it. It is now part of this site. The third incarnation was so brief it's not worth noting. But it is now here too, without note. In August of 2006, I dismantled this version of my site, packed it all away and decided not to write online anymore. A few months later I wrote anonymously on a cheesy free online diary site under the name of Crash Test Monkey. The items from that site are now part of this resurrected site.

So, what are the various pieces of this thing called Heron Flight? Well, it's fairly straight forward. RECENT is a menu of recent updates to the various sections of the site. WRITINGS is a list of writings, most current articles at the top of the list. PHOTOS is a list of photo galleries and projects, most current at the top of the list. ODDITIES is a list of... well... weird stuff that comes out of my creative (demented?) brain. CONTACT is a safe way for you to get in touch with me and tell me that I'm demented. Or you could say nice things about me. ABOUT is the page you are on, in case you forgot.

Oh yeah... the Rand-O-Blog is a section for short writings and various photos. It's usually a good spot for a quick chuckle. Newer updates are on top. So read the pages from the bottom up.

One last thing... You can sign up on the email notify list by using the CONTACT page. I usually send an email when full length articles or photo galleries are posted on the site.
